Dogs 8 weeks to 6 months of age who have not attended classes with us or who have attended this class and would like to repeat it. In this class we work on foundations to build a great relationship between handler and dog, I will teach you how to make calmness a part of your puppy’s life, as well as the usual foundations of sit, down, recall. Training, tricks and games that are fun and relationship building for you and your canine companion.

In this class we work on foundations to build a great relationship between handler and dog. I will teach you how to make calmness a part of your puppy’s life, boost your puppy’s optimism and confidence as well as the usual foundations of sit, down, recall, etc. all through game play!

Dogs 6 months to 24 months of age who have not attended classes with us or who have attended PUPPY KINDERGARTEN or ADOLESCENT CLASS but would like to repeat this level.
Some people describe this life stage as the time when your cute puppy turns into a hormonal monster. For some dogs this usually lasts from 6 months to 18 months. In some dogs and the larger breeds and it last right into 3, 4 or 5 years of age! In this class we will target the common struggles of this life stage such as building Value for Proximity, Arousal Up/Arousal Down, Calmness, Disengagement and Relationship Building.

This class will be all about manners and calmness
Designed for dogs who may have taken a class and need reminders or dogs who have never been to a class and need some basics.
Not for anxious or reactive dogs.

Why are loose leash walking and recalls such a struggle?
Are you being dragged behind your frustrated dog on walks? Does your dog choose the environment over you? Are you stressed, concerned, losing your patience, giving up?
Then this is the class for you, learn games such as engagement, focus and other tools to redirect your dog and get back on track so you can have a great Summer of fun with your dog!

Does your dog’s behaviour make you feel anxious, stressed or embarrassed? This might be the class for you.
Is your dog jumping on you or other people, barking and lunging at the end of the lead, worried when leave the house, running away, pulling you on walks not settling in the house or outside.
These are just some of the behaviours you may see, the list is long and stressful for you and your dog.
This class will give you the tools you need and lot of information on how to deal with many behaviours.
NOT FOR DOGS WHO HAVE BITTEN PEOPLE OR FIGHT WITH OTHER DOGS!

Dogs of any age who have a good foundation of skills such as loose-leash walking(does not have to be perfect).
Rally Obedience (often just called Rally or Rally-O) is a dog sport based on obedience. It combines elements of traditional obedience and agility into a fun and engaging format for both handler and dog. It’s designed to promote teamwork, communication, and control in a relaxed, positive environment. Please note you can practice Rally just for fun. You do not have to compete to enjoy the benefits of this activity with your dog.
Benefits: Strengthens your bond with your dog, teaches precision and responsiveness, for dogs of all breeds and ages
Rally is ideal for: Beginners to dog sports, dogs who love working with their people, older dogs who may be retired from other dog sports
Various weekends in July & August
Puppies aged 8-16 weeks . These Puppy Play Groups will be drop-in sessions where you must sign up each week. There will be a minimum of four and a maximum of six puppies in each group. It will be a 45-minute supervised play group with a few training games for puppies aged 8-16 weeks old. You can sign up for all of the groups your puppy is eligible to attend or just choose a few.
