These are hand-made activity mats that encourage your dog to use their strongest sense, smell, to help them attain calmness.  Sniffing is a naturally calming activity for dogs and searching for food helps them to achieve this.  You can use them as an enrichment activity or you can feed a meal of kibble in the mat as well.  So many possibilities to help your dog reduce anxiety and arousal levels.
